Alise & John Schmitt of Genesis Alpacas have joined with Ruthann McVicker of JRAM Alpacas, LLC. Together we make sure our customers, visitors and alpacas receive a double dose of TLC.

 

During the Jubilee, Ruthann and family will welcome you to the farm. 50 charming alpacas wait to greet you, including 10 new babies. Spend some time in the Fall sun wandering between pastures, watching their playful antics. As a professional breeder of quality, colored alpacas, Ruthann will be on hand to answer your questions about their care.

 

During the Jubilee, Alise and family will be at The Country Store in downtown Stanwood with pet alpacas on display. Come with your questions about their care and training. Shop our Barn Boutique for lovely yarn, garments, accessories and alpaca teddy bears- just in time for Holiday giving! Fleece rovings available for the handspinner, as well as packaged alpaca manure for the discriminating gardener (did we mention the 6 ft. tall begonia??). And if you just can’t get enough, come see us again the following weekend, as we celebrate National Alpaca Farm Days, Sept. 27-28, 2008. Last year an alpaca baby was born one hour into the festivities, and it could just happen again! Our Boutique will be set up in the barn.
